CRM Integration

NIAD can be customized to integrate with your CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics). Integration is achieved via:

  • API endpoints
  • Scheduled CSV imports/exports
  • Flag-based configuration for user roles, permissions, and data visibility

CRM integration is available as an add-on service. Contact us for a tailored quote.

How Integration Works

NIAD’s integration is a mapping exercise—we align your data fields with NIAD’s standardized extract formats. This includes:

  • Country, Residence, Branch, and User data
  • RRCode and UserRRCode permissions
  • Client and Account structures
  • Trade file formats and ticketing logi

Each data point can be enabled or disabled via configuration flags, allowing for granular control over what gets imported, exported, or displayed.

Minimal Setup, Maximum Compatibility

  • Plug-and-play architecture: NIAD reads and writes standardized CSV files with vertical bar delimiters
  • Flexible scheduling: SSIS packages can be configured to run at your preferred intervals
  • Error logging and archiving: Built-in error handling ensures data integrity and traceability

IT & Operations Friendly

  • Works with Windows Server 2019, SQL Server 2019, and IIS 10
  • Supports load balancing, sticky sessions, and round-robin API calls
  • No proprietary middleware required
