Mark is the President and Co-founder of NIAD. Mark has led NIAD since its inception in 2002 and has been responsible for all hiring decisions and Client acquisition activities. Mark was previously Executive, Vice-President of Sales at Procom (IT Services firm) and is responsible for managing its largest branch (Toronto) with over $1.5 billion in revenue. Mark has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA from York University.
Darryl Delpeache brings over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, including a strong background in Equity Capital Markets (ECM). Since joining NIAD in 2006, he has led product development and sales, working closely with clients to deliver a cost-effective financial solution tailored to their capital-raising needs.
Under his leadership, NIAD’s system has helped raise capital for hundreds of public and private companies across Canada. Known for his deep industry insight and client-first approach, Darryl ensures that each engagement is thoughtfully structured to support long-term growth and efficiency.
Looking ahead, Darryl is focused on expanding NIAD’s reach and refining its offering to meet the evolving demands of Canada’s dynamic capital markets. His commitment to innovation and strategic growth continues to shape the future of capital raising.
Stanjoined NIAD in 2006 and has been involved in managing customization deliverables and integration projects for Canadian brokerages, including Canadian banks. His experience includes implementing complex solutions while balancing a range of stakeholder perspectives and priorities. Stanfocuses on client solutions that are effective and practical. In addition, he oversees the delivery of ongoing support.
Mark joined NIAD Systems in 2004 and has been instrumental in advancing its new issue management platform. Beginning as a Senior Software Developer, he progressed to Software Development Manager and now serves as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he leads technology strategy, oversees onshore and offshore teams, and drives cloud modernization and automation.
